I bought a 664c and I am looking at buying a 664b for parts but wondering how much it will help

Depends on how the components match up. winch on 664 C is 311, 664 B could be 301 or 311, check the tag for model number. Axles could be 17800 HD, or 17600 on 664B, could be 17800 HD on 664C or 17210 or 17600. Brake on 664C could be optional mid mount or disc or drum, 664B would be drum unless it had been updated to disc. Hydraulic pumps are different, 664B had 23GPM 664C had 20 GPM, could use either. Most of hydraulics are the same on both. Too many parts to compare to give a good answer. You could have a lot of machine 664B the same or different and end up with a pile of scrap iron, though there is usually a market for spares if you take the time to identify them.
