Blade Shapner

Need some help. Using a blade shapner made from a powersaw  grinder.well made but my helper passed before he showed me much about it ,we did a few blades  but the last ones we did he got me to do the top o f tooth ffirst then the front separde  .stone has done maybe 20 blades maybe stone needs to be dressed different than what it is. Cant seem to adjust it to do bolth at once,but new stone might make difference ,THANKS

Can you give some pictures of the machine, the blades,  and the stone?  A video of the grinder in use would be of great help in figuring out what is going on as well.

not sure what the stone is suppose to look like. the side that does the face of tooth is straight and other edge that does gullet and topof tooth is round ,dontknow if I can do video.
