The doorbell rings,  Jerry says "Merry Christmas", and guess what.  No thinking about what we're eating tonight.

Jerry is my "smoking man" that I haul oak slabs and Chinaberry to.  I just deliver it to his place, and without warning, my doorbell will ring.  I never know, sometimes turkey, brisket, Boston butt, and today ribs !!!    digin_2

Posting a picture of ribs is not fair  :).

Well, there was one piece of YELLOW cornbread left, so the soup won out.  It'll be ribs-n-fixins for tomorrow's lunch.... :)
