I love hot peppers and would like to try them one time. The real pepper though and not some of the extract like my sone brought me. How Much hotter are they than Habaneros?

About a factor of 10.  smiley_devil  Only thing hotter would be police pepper spray, and even then it's a close thing  :D

Norm: I was curious what the ratio of flour to eggs are for those amazing looking noodles?

I can't give you a real accurate ratio Ashes. It's 4 eggs and enough flour to make a slightly sticky dough. I use my kitchen-aid mixer and then knead it some, let rest for 15 minutes in saran and then roll out using plenty of flour to keep the dough from sticking. If I had to guess I'd say there's 2 1/2 cups of flour in it total.

Thanks so much Norm! That will get me in the ballpark. :)

Lindy made chicken noodle soup tonight. Store bought noodles, but it was still mighty good.

Norm, I made your noodles and added them to my smokey chicken soup. Came out pretty good. I had a handful of leftover noodles and sliced them thin, shoestring sized and pan fried them. Wow! was that good!

Small tip from my friend.   Don't let em touch your lips while eating them.  He said that was the worst part.  Chapped his lips.

I just ordered 20 seeds for $6.99 from an Australian supplier they called them Chocolate Bhut Jolokia/Ghost Chilli.

I will get them started in pots for my dad at Christmas, he doesn't like me spending much on him, so this should make him happy :)
