This is the frist week of turkey season. Me and my bother in law got these two by seven o clock on opening morning. His turkey had a nine inch beard and mine had a nine and a half inch beard. 8)

Good Hunting! What type call did you use?

I'll be attending a National Wild Turkey Banquet here tomorrow evening to get in the mood though I don't have a permit until our late season in May.

yea, dont shoot them toms
the hens are waaaaaay tastier
just what i know, only get around a dozen or so a year, nuff to mix with the beef and doe meat in the freezer

i find its best round late oktober

Ron I got a vest full of calls  :D its been a busy two weekends in the woods by 5;30 hunt till 9 go sawmill till 4 back to turkey hunting till dark. We had our NWT banguet in March . sherwood if I had a pair of gobblers coming in the yard like that I would use a camera too  ::)   ; ;
