Loans on eminent domain properties

I heard today that a large lender in South Carolina is no longer financing properties that were aquired  through eminent domain.  They said that it hoped other lenders would follow.

It's actually a North Carolina bank, BB & T. As the CEO said tonight on H & C, formerly an Eastern NC Farmer's Bank ;D He actually dared any developer being turned down because of eminent domain lending restrictions to sue them!

I knew it was one of those Carolinas. 

Sure is cool to see a big buisness take the bull by the horns and do the job that the spineless goverment  will not do.
