Can I be invited to dinner ;D.  Nice brothy Gumbo. I don't see the okra?  That's OK, my wife is from Loosiana and she does not like okra one bit. I do!

That does look good, a great meal on a cold winter day. I am not familiar with okra but fresh biscuits would go down well with that.
