can you /or has any one ever froze it with the husk on it    was thinking of vacuum sealing it that way

I am curious as to why in the husk. Karen says to peel then blanch it for a minute before freezing.

Seems like freezing the cob would be a waste of space.  But, who am I to know?

It is very difficult to keep the cob from souring before it freezes.

We freeze it on the cob.  :) No space wasted.....extra freezer in garage.  :)

Goats can't fly. I had one that tried to. Broke his fool neck when he hit the ground after trying to fly from the top of the fence.  >:(
