I would love to be a part of this project but alas I am just too far away! You guys and gals will have a lot of fun I am sure.

Gen and I would love to make the trip and meet you all, but it will not work this year. We've made a promise to ourselves that next year we will be there. Everyone enjoy!

I don't know exactly, but probably before the grits get cold.

Until someone says differently, I am planning to start "rubbing elbows" about 7:45 to 8AM.  The more formal program might be around 8:30AM Friday.  Bring your own chair if possible and maybe safety equipment too.

Last year We managed to get a few specials...Sawmill and Woodlot magazines, a Delmhorst moisture meter, and 50 cans of Anchorseal.  Plus, one member ran off the drying handouts for the drying session and gave them out for free.  We also had Stan, YellowHammer and a few others share some really good info. Then there was the excellent food.  Then, There was the music.  Friday afternoon followed the same pattern.  And Saturday too.

Looks like I'm going to be able to make it.  I believe I'm #66.

Also if you guys decide one of the topics is walnut steaming, let me know if I can help in anyway.  I'll happily share what little I know.  :)

Thanks @Mossy Chariot  for organizing this again.  if anyone on the list wants to add first names (that has not already), please post.  It takes me a while at these events to learn real names and associate it with the proper handle.  help an ol guy out (if you feel comfortable). :)
