Do any HM126 owners know the size for the blade guide bearings?  Thanks in advance!

Don't know off hand, but I can mic them in the morning. I got some replacement ones local. I should of order them from Woodland. Much cheaper, even with shipping. :D

The bearings are 6200RS.  That part number is a generic bearing number.  You can look up the dimensions from that if you need.  The bearings are commonly available and you should be able to find them locally or order them on the web.  Since bearings come in different grades and vary in price by grade, you can find a wide range of prices for the same bearing.  Guide bearings don't need to be from the high end of the spectrum since the wear occurs on the outer surface where it's contacted by the back of the blade.  I found a pack of 10 on Amazon for 12.95 and they are quite adequate for guide bearings. 

The wheel bearings are 6305-2RS and should be higher grade bearings.  It doesn't hurt to have a couple on hand because sooner or your wheel bearings will start talking to you. 

If the guide bearings are wearing real quick, there may be too little gap.  When the blade is running free it shouldn't be spinning the bearing. The bearing should spin when you're in a cut though.  I run a little more gap than what they call for in the manual - I can't tell you exactly how much.  Too much gap is not a good thing by any means, but the cut will tell you if there's any problem with alignment or tracking.

The bearings are spaced by washers top and bottom.  You can get extra life by flipping the bearing and running on a different part of the outer case.  Mine came with the bearing off-center to the path of the blade so flipping the bearing doubles the life.  This only works if you do it before you've worn to deep a groove.

Thanks for the info guys.   I've got the mill up and running again after selling my house and moving to a new property.  Just built an 18x40 shelter and platform for the mill as well!   Sure is nice to mill after dark under the lights. Will post some pics soon.
