Red oak barn lumber prices

Just wondering what you guys are selling red oak for in your area? I am selling barn wood/ lumber green red oak for $1.00 a bf.
Sawyer/Woodworker/Timber Harvester

I sell plane sawn RED OAK for $1.00/bf. If I quarter saw it, I sell it for $2.25.
The older I get I wish my body could Re-Gen.

All the oak I sell has been air dried for a year.  Clear-$2.50, 1st quality-$2.00 (few defects), 2nd quality-$1.00 (more defects)

The commercial mills around here sell kiln dried quartersawn white oak for $5.60 and quartersawn red oak for $4.50.

Straight off the mill goes for $1.00 bdft, air-dried tack another $.25/ bdft. Quarter saw is up to $2.50 bdft.
Since I retired I really like work: It fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours.

$1.50 - $2.50 based on grade.  The wide clear is $2.50.  Quartersawn is $3.00.  Don't price yourself too cheap.
