Finally got the box from over the border! A little nervous about plugging it in... Should I use some sort of electrical grease on the connections or just leave them bare like they were? There's 5 plugs total on this thing...



 
I've met Vets who have lived but still lost their lives... Thank a Vet

The electrical grease should help keep out moister in the plugs

Some dielectric grease will definitely not hurt anything.  Glad to see you're on your way!
