Timber harvester mill

I am looking at a timber harvester mill 30TL19 and most information I can find is on this forum I can't find any info on the model number on this saw I know it's cable drive has a linamer lx 990 motor not sure wheel size or much else is there anything I should look for is it worth the time to go look at thanks

Go look at it!!! I love my TH. If you want to change the cable to chain drive, look at my how to which goes over how to change it over.

If it has setworks I created a drop in replacement that will work for a TH mill and many others.
If you want to add setworks you can still use my new designed setworks.

So this mill compared to the ht the couple options that it doesn't have and the smaller band wheels is that something I'm going to kick myself for not having in a mill or something I would only notice running full time I'm new to saw Mills I'm not new to lumber I do alot of woodworking and I know logs cuz I buy my own logs but always had them milled else where and want to bring that in house so would be milling quite a bit but not full time I'm hoping to get out to look at it soon and so setworks is something you can add to this mill i feel that what would be a nice option to have

Correct the mill you have is almost a HT you are missing the setworks. 
If your looking to add setworks let me know the system I made should be an almost drop in system for you.

The TL has no toe boards, only one clamp and the guide arm is manual.
All mills were made with 19" wheels back in the day and there was/is no problem with them in actual use. The only real downside is the flex that they put on blades, slightly decreasing the blade life.

I am a huge TH fan. I believe any model TH is the best within their given class. If you will be a hobby sawyer, that mill will serve you well. If you want to saw for production though, you may want to consider a mill that is fully hydraulic with no adjustments needing to be done manually. Just my 2 cents worth.

What type of hydraulic hose life should one expect from a hydraulic mill, a
I am looking at a 90s or 2000s mill on original lines? When is a full reline due? Not stored inside, looks like an outside machine.

Mines are still original and its a 2001 lines should last a long time
