I coulda' used sum different names for this thread. ;D
My brother made me these beer can holders for Beer Can Chicken.
De is on da grill at the moment.

I've done em' before on a different grill.
They were the juiciest chicken breasts ever.
This grill has no cover. I made one outta tin foil for now.
Will post the pics later.

Okay, They were awesome. The best ever. ;)
I had to use the foil boat to keep the heat and smoke in. The drippings flaming up the coals worked really good.

Always had more sense than to step on something hot being barefoot. However, I have had to walk on egg shells when I made her mad.  :D :D :D

Sure is funny seeing that chicken squattin' on a beer can but it does taste good.

Stick a small onion or tater in the neck. It will hold in the steam. Beer can chicken/ Turkey is the best!
