Arizona Walnut.

Arizona walnut, Juglans major, one of several Southwestern species. Runs a bit lighter and more streaky than black walnut, also often has more movement problems and very nice figure. I was a bit rushed getting this cut, so only one picture. 

 

That is SuperDave and his walnut from the ranch. We got the mill pretty fixed up now. The pile on the wagon is mesquite.

There are a bunch more logs and I'll try to get better pictures when we get them cut up. ;D
