It is original one from Woodmizer and profile gauge shows it still matches 4 degree

Then it's possible someone from ReSharp mixed up the wheels they used.  Since you have a profile gauge, did you check one of the blades you received to find out what profile it was sharpened to?  It's also possible you inadvertently got somebody else's blades.  Stranger things have happened, I suppose.

I can say this, is is certainly bad form to come on here and start spouting if you have not been on the phone with wood-mizer to figure out what was going on. Very bad form.

ThatWould be fine if they would answer the phone instead of just going to message and not getting a return call

I will say, it is hard to get ahold of someone at Wood-Mizer when I call. I spend a lot of time on hold. However, when a tech answers the phone, they absolutely know what they're talking about👍

Just a suggestion:  Maybe it would be a good idea to get the phone numbers to more than one Wood-Mizer location!

Good idea and suggestion. I think I have Indy, Atlanta, NC, Marty in PA and NY in my cell phone. They tend to back each other up. I'd call one and they'd be doing a road show or such and refer me to their counterpart who helped in every case.

Your machine may be misaligned. Although I will say I have felt the 10 degree profile varied slightly from my WM cbn wheel, but it sharpened fine for me

We were calling the resharp service for Woodmizer. And no cbn sharpener is not out of alignment

How many blades did you have trouble with? Maybe you grabbed the wrong blade, or do you only use 4*?

Hello,
The CBN profile have not changed. 4/32 is still the same. It would be best to call the location that did your blades. You can also call Wood Mizer 1 800 553 0182.  If the issue came from our location in PA Call me.
10/30 is a close profile and sometimes is confused with 4/32 without using a gauge.

Marty, Do the 8" and 5" CBN wheels have the exact same profile? Just a thought. I suspect a blade mix up is the problem though.

Hello ,
there would be no difference between 5" and 8" wheel.
