Does anyone know of one in Northern Vermont??

Try a search in the Find-A-Database at the top of the page.

Also try moving this post to Sawmills and Milling.

I would find it hard to believe that there isn't a sawmill in your area.

You might have to search in northern NH or NY

There's a ton of them. Tell me what you are looking for since they are all a little different. The closest to me is Lamarre's Sawmill, in Evansville VT near Orleans. You can find more at this link www.vtfpr.org/util/for_utilize_sawmill_results-combo.cfm If you need something special I have a mill and might be able to help as well.
