I like custard. And it's easy to make.

6 eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
4 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 325. Pour mustard into a 2" dish. Place dish in a baking pan with 1" of water in it. Sprinkle a little cinnamon or nutmeg on top. Bake for 25 minutes or till a knife inserted into it comes out clean.

Um Hmmm good!

Durn Autocorrect made me say mustard instead of custard. It is kinda funny tho.

I like custard too.  ;D  Wifey don't so I don't get it too often.  :( I'll have to try your recipe... I used to have a recipe for the microwave but I lost it.

Thanks.
