What's invading my woods? Ohio edition.

The last couple years this stuff has taken off in my woodlot. No luck on my part trying to identify it. What is it and how do I control the stuff? First Garlic Mustard, then EAB, now this stuff  >:(

I started weed whipping it but was cutting off the seed heads on the ramps  :'(
