Coil stock for blades
« on: October 11, 2021, 08:10:09 PM »
Well after asking what good a mill is when you cant get blades and parts. Someone mentioned buying a coil stock of my 2 blade I run.

Can anyone point me in the direction of where Id get my hands on a coil of 2 blade? I can make the weld jig and weld them up!

Can you anneal the weld too?  Faulty welds have led to plenty of premature band failures.

I would call Wood Mizer or any of the band suppliers and ask about buying a coil, you might have a side gig opportunity.
