I just booked another trip again in September to try for some silver salmon. To me it was a big deal landing big halibut off the beach without a boat. We did manage to go boating a couple of days, but the weather would kick up in the afternoons around 30 knots.I met a lot of new faces, and friends.

Rob, it is good to see you doing what you do.  I've caught flounder and I hope to one day catch halibut. Jmoore sent me pics of him and his son catching tarpon and snook off of our dock today.  I've not been able to go down there due to other responsibilities for quite some time.  If the situation changes here and I live long enough, there are some fish that will be in trouble.

Thank you for sharing a beautiful sunset and the fishing.

I did go out to the pond and look for a gator while drinking a cold beer earlier.  I did not see the gator.
