Half lap bridle joint completion?
« on: January 15, 2023, 02:41:37 PM »
I bought the 16 1/2” skilsaw and it works great for the long rip on the half lap bridle joint.
However, for you guys that do a bunch of them, what’s the best way to finish them off around the tenon?
Thanks for any advice.
Lenny
PS. Never mind. After I studied the picture again, I realize that I managed to make my first one backwards from the way it should be. Tenons go on the end and mortises to the inside. That will be a lot easier!
I was going to delete this but maybe somebody else will see it and don’t make the same mistake.
