Does WM clean the bands when they are sent in for resharpening?

My blades come back from ReSharp clean and with a coat of thin oil.  I know they have a machine that has a couple of wire brushes that they put them in to clean them.
Wood-Mizer LT40HDE25 Super 25hp 3ph with Command Control and Accuset.
