Good evening everyone! looking for the dimensions/weight of a C4B with what I think is a GM 3-53 it also does not have fenders/apron if any one could help me out id appreciate it. And I will repay you with plenty of old iron pictures if it all goes well. ;D

Surprising no one has answered you by now but my guess would be eight feet or under a little my C-7 is nine foot six. And my timberjack is eight foot. We like old iron pictures ;D

Robin Hood had it just about right:  as long as a man has family, friends, deer and beer...he needs very little government!

Thank you for that link! sadly it didn't cover much on the B series which I have been told are heavier than the newer models. there has to be someone out here still running the old farmers that can give some insight... Ill have to subtract the caked on grease and mud... probably weighs more than the machine itself  :D

I am running a 1964 tree farmer c4b. Has the Ford diesel in it with a no. 9 gearmatic winch. I was hesitant to respond because I don't know the exact weight other than what the previous owner had told me. He said it weighed in at 12,000-12,500. I've never had it on the scales so I don't rightfully know the exact weight. Boy do I love that skidder though, for as small as it is, it sure can pull some timbah!
