Yesterday I spend 2-1/2 hours at a sawmill, today I meet fellow FF members Jim_Rogers and neslrite at the WoodWorks show in Springfield, MA. ;D
Jim and I chatted for about an hour, Kevin got there late but found us still standing in front of the Wood-Mizer guys, admiring the nice LogRite tools that the WM crew (Dave and Kyle) were using at their LT15. We discussed a possible New England region gathering this fall - kind of a splinter group (ooooh! bad pun) of the Pig Roast. Would have been great to get a couple photos of the WM crew using the bright blue peavey, and FF guys together, but nobody brung de camera. :( Next time.
Good day, even though the rest of the show (and the weather) stunk on ice. I gotta get to one of the true forestry shows sometime in the next 12 months.
THe shoot out is quite a ways, but it may be a heck of a gathering. We may have a sponsor rigging up a official place for us. ;D I won't say much more until I know for sure.
LogRite, was represented at the Ma.Maple meeting today. Seen lots of handling.
I kinda know what you mean Engineer . I went to the woodworking show in Columbus , Ohio yesterday and ran into Tom Averwater . I never even thought to take the camera . The show was a little bit of a let down this year . Logosol was supposed to have a mill and a planer ther . The company didn't even show up with a booth . I will have to plan better next year . On the upsid both of us wore a FF hat there . ;D
Kudos to you Ed K!
The extra promotion of our brand by folks such as you does more for our well being than any amount of $$$ that we throw into our advertising budget.
A huge thank you from us here at LogRite!
