Has anyone else had problems Emailing Cook's? I have heard that there service was good, but after a week and two emails with no answers I don't know. Our Cat's claw sharpener came with no instructions, and I would like to get going on sharpening blades. As we have only 4 Sharp and 54 dull ones.

Thay were going to send me a vhs tape 2 3 weeks ago on the sharpener, but i am still looking.
Guys,
It's no excuse, I know, but it seems every company that has a web site that sports an email address, fails to look at the incoming mail. I have run into this numerous times with many companies.
I have used Cook's toll free number and gotten good support. Try it and see if it makes a difference.

I'm like Tom, I've talked with these people a couple of times by phone and you couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of folks. An e-mailer is sometimes regarded as a tire kicker and depending on office staff could take a while, this is a family run business.. Give em a ring ! Also , you already have the mill and sharpener and the big motivation of making a big sale ain't there, call em, exchange pleasantries and I bet they'll come through !
