I see that Wood-Mizer is introducing two 4 sided planer/moulders, the MP260 and the MP360. I watched the videos and from what I saw and also from what they said on the videos, I assume that these are Logosol machines with orange paint on them. As far as I'm concerned that is a good thing.
I want one! 8)
Nice, I assume from the video that WM bought Logosol? Or just partnering?
Woodmizer is stepping their game up this year!
Looks like they are making Zero Turn mowers as well. I know they've always made mowers for Golf Courses etc...but now they are making actual homeowner mowers.
Neat stuff

It appears that Woodmizer have bought a Swedish machinery company called MOReTENs, that actually build the machinery for Logosol, and also sell under their own brand.
From what I can see that will continue, but WoodMizer now has access to their range, and can slap a WM sticker on it and sell it as well.

The company also makes CNC machines and other woodworking equipment, but whether WM want to get into that market remains to be seen. But I guess they can continue to sell that gear under the existing brands.
Yes, Ianab is 100% correct. MOReTENs is the Swedish manufacturer, and now they're part of the Wood-Mizer company.
Here's the press release on Wood-Mizer's website as well, with walk-through videos: https://woodmizer.com/us/About-Us/Newsroom/News/ArtMID/5318/ArticleID/484/Wood-Mizer-Introduces-4-sided-PlanerMoulders (https://woodmizer.com/us/About-Us/Newsroom/News/ArtMID/5318/ArticleID/484/Wood-Mizer-Introduces-4-sided-PlanerMoulders)
Years ago, Wood-Mizer sold moulders, there is a business in Klamath Falls that owns and operates one. I have always been a bit disappointed that Wood-Mizer stopped selling those moulders. Now once again, Wood-Mizer is in the Moulder business and this to me is very exciting. Having operated Weinig molders, I'm looking forward to the day when they will sell five and six head moulders. Given Wood-Mizers history of growth in the last few years, I'm sure it is only a matter of time.
Good on you Wood-Mizer! 8)
Are the machines 3 phase?

Are the machines 3 phase?
You can get them configured either way if I read the specs correctly.

Even the 3 phase version is fairly light on power consumption. I run one in the UK and they run off a single 16 amp three phase wall socket, which is the smallest available.
I run ours (and a dust extractor of about 5.5hp) on a rotary convertor with no problems.
Moretens do some other great workshop machines. The spindle moulder (shaper) and sawbench have some really good features especially.
