I don't know if I will have any hunters, family, here are not this year. With the dog on the loose they have to make plans or the dog will ruin thier's. :D
Congratulations !!! Nice birds for sure. Let us know how it turns out, I have never eaten any.
Well done. Just slightly less addictive than cocaine however. :D

That's awesome!
Well I marinated Paul's Turkey Breast in Teriyaki Marinade for 12 hours with onion, and apple slices.
Put it in the Slow Cooker with 3 cups of chicken broth and slow cooked the breast for 9 hours.
It fell completely off the bone. Never eaten anything so tender!
Julie fixed some sweet taters, broccoli with cheese, sweet corn from the freezer and toasted
Hawaiian rolls with butter. Lots of SWEET tea.
Dessert was homemade Lemon Cake and coffee.
We froze the other breast for later.
I'm done so you can stick me with a fork. :)

I am just smiling. Paul is going to be OK as long as he doesn't grow two more hooves feet.
Was is good enough that it made your pastern feel better?
I'm thinking on putting my ankle in the slow cooker....it took the red out of that breast. :D
