Title: Question for Woodmaster Planer/Molder Owners
Post by: DR Buck on January 20, 2005, 03:47:45 PM
Anyone know if the Woodmaster Planer/Molder  model 718 can use molding cutters with the corrugated sides?   They are the same 5/16th thickness as the Woodmaster cutters.

I have the 18" also but don't do any moulding yet. I do
think you can use the corrugated blades but you can
call Mark Redmond at Wood Master 1-800-821-6651
and he will help you. He told me one time he thinks
that the planer block is the best to use for holding the
 moulding blades.

I use a woodmaster 718, the only cutters I use are woodmaster. The good thing about using the woodmaster cutters are they come with the balance weights,  so everything works perfect.
