Title: Power source

Just put a new injector pump on a john deere motor , the wire to the solenoid on the injector was disconnected from its source . What normally supplies the power to the solenoid ? Having a hard time figuring this one out ......

Is it a shutoff solenoid?  Key switch maybe?  Or off a relay from it if its too much wattage for the switch.

That s what I thought , I just wanted to be sure , yes its the shut off solenoid. Thanks for the input
