Title: Winch identification?

Have any of you ever seen one like this one?  I would say looks like an allied. But could be french too.

Guys, i called the seller. 

It's a Deutz winch. Gear operated, forward, neutral, reverse, and a band brake. He wants 2000€ for it! What a joke!

That's a severe case of "ingotite" they think they have gold bars, but it's all painted lead! :D
