Any one running Solo 694? I have one that is eight years old has been a good saw had to put one oil pump in it. Isn't a high hour saw as I only use it on the farm to take down big trees with a 36 inch bar. Saw is too heavy for this old guy to buck with it and a 24 inch bar. So here is the question. We had been using it a lot here lately so I was servicing it after we were done with it. Thought I would change the air filter looked in my parts did have one. Got on line for Solo USA like I have done in the past was having problems with the chain saw parts section called them this AM and they said they don't handle chain saw parts any more just selling out what they have and not air filters. So were are the guys that have Solo's getting parts. I found a NOS air filter on ebay so I bought it. Is it time to sell the Solo and get a Stihl 90 cc saw?
That would make more sense. Solo never did have good support in North America.
I guess not many people are running Solo chain saws.
