Didin't find a thread about that chainsaw nor did i found any videos people using that chainsaw.
I never even considered getting echo because they looked like cheap chinise chainsaws to me and i always hoped they would do some major changes to their design.
Seems like they did, it looks really mean, wish it was 50cc rather than 45cc

ECHO Chainsaw CS-4510ES see it in action! - YouTube (https://youtu.be/ue4E71RqxvQ)
Dunno about the 4510, but I've been very impressed with my 400. I also have 2511t, but haven't used it enough to really judge it. My impression is yes, they do look, and feel a little cheap, but the performance is there, and that's what really matters in the end. They're also 30%-50% cheaper than Stihl, so if it lasts ~half as long, you're even money. I've settled on using echo for my small saws, and Stihl for my big ones, but if the time comes when I need an 80cc saw, I'll be debating hard whether I get echo or Stihl.
In the USA, I don't think they can be beat for the money for a new saw. Someone handy may do as well or better buying used, but to go to a store, echo will probably give the best return on your money. If Estonia is anything like USA, you'd be hard pressed to find a better value on a new saw.
edit:
The point of my post which I didn't say, is I don't think echo has any junk in their lineup. Some may under perform by weight compared to models on either side of it in the product line, but you won't get screwed buying any one of their saws. It's simply a matter of choosing the best machine for the task.
They are built good, I ran a CS400 over with a 11000 tracked skid loader with not much damage.. Tuned good with a muff modd those CS400 saws cut great, I'd get one before a CS 4510. Steve
I'd rather have my cheap chinese looking CS-490.
I have a cs600p and my grandson the 590.
Both have been good saws.
Also have a 58v cordless but have had issues with the trigger lock, so hold it open with a sheet metal screw.
