Title: Beware PowerSharp Clones!!!!
Post by: Philbert on May 08, 2019, 08:42:23 PM
Seen recently on eBay. Oregon confirms that it is a clone / copy / counterfeit.
It is OK to like or not like the PowerSharp system, but do not base your opinion on these knock-offs.

Caveat Emptor!

There are some other threads on how they work, if people like them or not, etc.  Key difference is a top bevel on the cutters.  Worth a Google search if interested.
I personally like and use them on my 'low maintenance' (battery and corded electric) saws.  They cut especially good on softwoods, as well as live trees.  But I cannot promise how these knock-offs will work.  Spent a lot of time discussing these ('new' version introduced about 9 years ago) with the folks that designed them, and details are important - something that clones often overlook.
