I'm buying a PTO winch and some parts for an antique truck from someone in Massilon, OH (south of Cleveland). I'm hoping to get them to me in Vermont (south of Burlington), but have relatives in both the Buffalo and Syracuse NY area. A drop off to either of those areas would also be great.
The main part is an old PTO driven winch. It's heavy (bigger than the electric winches you usually see on off-roading trucks), but my 60+ year old friend has moved them around on his own. Other parts are much smaller/lighter.
I'm really hoping to avoid the expense of a commercial shipper. If anyone is head from the NE Ohio area to an of the destinations mentioned and can help out, please let me know.
Got this taken care of. Fastenal opened back up to 3rd party shipping to a lot of areas (they had been closed down due to COVID-19 concerns). Price was very reasonable as well - despite the fact that this thing ended up weighing a whole lot more than I had figured.
