Title: Stihl ms290 with 390 big bore price?

Someone is asking 300 bucks. Decent condition. Runs good. I dont know the cost of a modified saw like that. Ive seen 290's go for 150 to 450....

 MS 290 costs $300 new and is heavy and hard to work on.  Also gutless stock.   Steve
