Title: Smoking eye of round

Anyone ever smoke these long and slow? Trying them today.

I did some Round roast a while ago.

DON'T go over 140°F internal temperature, it will toughen up. Stay under and it is good. Every video I watched on this warned me about it. I didn't watch close enough and finished at 145°F and it had started to toughen up, not alot but a bit.
