Title: Air Fryer Buttermilk Chicken
Post by: stavebuyer on October 10, 2020, 07:07:48 PM
Soaked the chicken in buttermilk overnight and then plop it into the air fryer. Turn at halfway point. That's it!  These leg quarters I did for 40 minutes at 360. Whole chicken 50-60 minutes. Smaller wings and legs 20-30 minutes. Like rotisserie but juicier. The picture is of the wife's portion as mine didn't last long enough to take a picture of.
