Anyway yesterday I noticed my Coonass customer occasionally munching on something and he offered me some. The size is quite deceiving because the largest of these dried shrimp are no more than quarter size. They are tiny, strong shrimp/fishy smell, and chewy in texture. He said that was about $50 worth. :o

Shrimp jerky! I have had that when in Looziana. ;)
They are not uncommon in Asian cooking but I don't think I've seen them used anywhere else. They look tasty though.
Yup, Shrimp Jerky was what I thought but they were not salty.
Id want my 50 bucks back. Whoppers are 2 for $6.
