Title: Did someone mention moose?

Moose italian sausage, mayo, onion, tomato on a sub roll. Slight toast on the sub roll with butter.

 How I like my moose meat.  Moose tenderloin cooked in cast iron. I cooked a piece of salt pork first to grease the pan up a little.  From there nothing but a loaf of bread and a stick of butter on the table with the plate of steak.
