I have a leather stuffed office chair, banished to basement because caster wheel broken, unstable and not rollable.

new casters, HW floor friendly :)

My day job is with Steelcase Inc. If it is one of our chairs I am pretty sure you could contact the company for new casters. They also might be a standard item for multiple furniture makers because we get them from a vendor. Nice job on the fix though!!

Hopefully you don't have a dog or cat. Chair caster will crush their toes. I just got a new kitten and need to remove casters on my office chair and replace with flat feet.
