Title: Grillin' Time
Post by: Wudman on March 24, 2021, 02:34:15 PM
Fired up the grill last night for a little snack.  That's shrimp slathered in butter and touched off with a bit of Old Bay Seasoning (maybe a little more than just a touch - they had a little kick but they were quite good.)  Next to them is chicken tenders basted in butter with Lawry's Seasoned Salt and McCormick Montreal seasoning.  The shrooms, sweet onion, and sweet peppers received the same treatment.  Not a bad evening.....Believe I'll add a little cubed up Rib-Eye into the mix next time.  ;D ;D

Looks really good! I need to clean the grill up and see if it will fire, hasn't been used for almost 4 years.

The snow is off the deck and it's time to grill.

Yakitori Chicken with steamed rice and a killer asian slaw from a recipe my wife found online.

Any time of the year is grilling season as far as I'm concerned. Got a brisket and a rack of ribs in the smoker right now.

I can do it all year round just not as easily as you.  :D

I guess it would be a little hard in three foot of snow. I have mine under a steel carport, so rain or snow doesn't stop me much. Yes, we occasionally get a little snow.  :D

By the way, my ribs turned out excellent. The brisket on the other hand was tough as a boot.

Sometimes no matter how good you are the DanG donor is so tough nothing will make it tender other than a grinder.

This Sunday had my grill fired for the first time this year. That was so good.

Did burgers and dogs today. Had daughter and her husband along with grandkids and daughter in law along with kids over. Was an enjoyable day.
