Title: Tree felling safety books for Atlantic Canada

Hey all, looking for any guide books or felling safety material based around the Atlantic provinces of Canada or would any provinces books do? I can't really find anything online. My brother has forestry and felling material from when he took the courses in BC but they are from 2007 wondering if there's anything i can buy or any PDFs i could print off as reference and learning new tricks that are updated
