Is anyone else having trouble getting parts from Woodmizer Canada? When I call the machine puts me through to the parts section then the machine tells me their mailbox is full and I cannot leave a message.  I called back over several days and get the same thing. I tried ordering parts through the website but their search function cannot look up by part number. They have some basic parts available on line (belts etc) but not what I am looking for. Has anyone else been able to get through to their parts people? If so, can you tell me how you went about it? Curious if others are having the same trouble.

Just to add something, I have been trying the Lindsey Ontario number. I cannot fine a direct number for their Quebec office. Can someone supply the direct Quebec number for parts? The National 800 number was not working for me either. Desperate for parts here!

Strange. I am/was  able to get the parts I needed quickly out west. Is this the number you are trying??

They are on COVID hours in Ontario, meaning only 1 person in the parts at a time. Everyone else is working from home. 

I was at the Lindsay office picking up some heavy kit about 10 days ago. They are doing their best under difficult conditions but they are swamped even with the addition of a new staff member. It was suggested to me that when I need parts, I should email John. If you don't have his email address, send me a message. 

Wonder if you could call and order through the Salmon Arm BC office, the senior office guy knows his stuff and they are very helpful👍

Mountain_d, try Howies Saw in Thunder Bay. They are a WM dealer and have been great to deal with.
