There was a sawmill for sale that I am interested in. I kept thinking I had emailed about it already, but then I check my sent messages folder and there isn't a message about it, so I send another. Discovered the outbox the other day and I have three pms in my outbox to that guy. If the message is in my outbox does that mean it didn't send? I sent another last night and it is still in my outbox but not in sent messages.

It doesn't show as sent until he reads the message, so it's ok at your end. Nothing you can do except wait for the recipient to read your message.
