Title: Bad Knee needs a WM Seat
Post by: widetrackman on August 20, 2021, 01:39:26 AM
Well my old Knee is pushing a replacement, so in a effort to avoid one for a while, I thought maybe I could find someone with a used latest LT40 seat that I could adapt to my 2021 LT35HD. I read a post that someone had done this on a late model 35HD and WM said it would work ok.

I have an early 1997 Lt40 seat that I've been trying to make work with my 2017 Lt40 without much success. When the weather turns I'll put more effort into it and should be able to get it working better. For now though it simply has to much resistance and pulls harder than it should.

Get the knee done. I'm 59 and had the first one done this past March. Key to good results...make sure you are in good physical shape before surgery,  then follow and exceed everything Pysical Torture has you doing post surgery. I was back to milling and mt biking 2 months after surgery

I agree, have the knee done sooner than later. Between February 2020 and April 2021 I had three full replacements. I'll bet you did t know you had three knees, huh?  Right in the middle of it all -January 21, I got the COVID!!  I've about recovered and now it's hot as you know where!!  Your best friend and worst nightmare is the Pt person. I call mine the torture queen who works at the torture chamber!!  I put off replacement till I could hardly walk and now wish I had done it earlier!!!
