Good day for smoking some meat. Ribs, pork shoulders, some beef cuts. Tater salad and some baked beans, that's what for dinner!  8)

Yeah baby!  I got a side of beef coming in a few days.  Prices for meat at the store are worse than wood.  $3.94 a pound cross-bred angus from a local farmer, I had to pounce on it.
