I recently purchased Woodmizer's shingle maker for my LT70. I set my cams to give me the desired pitch, loaded my first set of cant blocks. After my leveling cut, when I throw the lever to make my first angled cut, for the life of me, I can't see how to lock the lever in place from not creeping down and messing up the angled cut. Any suggestions?
it should be over center. Do you have the instruction manual?
I'm not sure what you mean by over center.
a cam implies an eccentric shape, and if you roll it past the "hump" it is over center. I assume (do not have the equipment) that is stays on either side of the lobe but must be pushed "over center". maybe video.

Thank you all. Although the video doesn't get into adjusting the cams, I now see the range of positions that you can set the cams to "lock" into place.
