This past Saturday I traveled 5 hrs to buy a woodmizer edger from a fella in pa, whom I met on FB. After a nice ride, I pulled into this sawmill at noon. I quickly met Anthony and he showed me his operation, which was very well laid out and efficient. I was a tad envious, and hopeful to have some of the equipment he has in his operation. Then we got around to the edger and while talking, I mentioned the FF. He then mentioned about discussions on there. When I asked him who he was, he informed me that he was none other than PAmizerman! It's only the third time I've met a fellow member and sawdust brother.
PAmizerman, it was a pleasure to meet you and learn from you. And a pleasure to do business as well!
rooster, I live in Pa also. Travel to Co hunting once in a while, can you share your 5 hr short cut?
tacks Y,
My bad! I need to update my bio. I now live in WV. I had to leave Colorado as my health was compromised from having covid
And if I'd know you lived in Florissant CO we could have swung by for a visit 2 years ago when we passed through. We even stopped to visit the petrified redwoods in the park there and saw some of the relics they had found. I remember seeing a mastodon tooth they had found there on the display table out at the front of the park.
But not that you are in WV maybe we can still link up one day.
It's nice to meet FF members.
Likewise
It's always nice to meet members.
