Interesting video. The sawmill is a few minutes into the video. All of it is worth a watch.
Couldn't turn a 50 bottom plow around here.
Interesting video!
That wouldn't fit between the rocks here!!!!
Interesting video??? That's an understatement.
And what is more amazing is that this steam tractor is a full scale functional reproduction of the original.
The guys that went through all the engineering and labor to build this deserve the greatest standing ovation possible.
Here's a link to a video showing how Kory Anderson built this incredible machine from scratch. He ended up purchasing a foundry just to build this machine. An incredible story of American greatness.

It's not interesting. It's amazing.
The Alexander gas & steam show in Alexander ny has a steam tractor with a long flat belt running a circle mill. They run it a few times a year for shows/fairs. Have a good turn out of running steam tractors aswell.
Next weekend my wife and I will go down to the Lancaster, PA area. Nearby in Kinzers is the Rough and Tumble (https://roughandtumble.org/) steam show. There will be upwards of 30 steam tractors and countless other gas & diesel tractors. It's always a treat to see these majestic monsters. They have a circle mill that is run by a steam tractor.
Kory Anderson had the 150 Case at the Dodge County Antique Show the weekend before last.

I wasn't there, but wanted to be there.
Just a follow up to DanMc's post.....I try to go to the Rough and Tumble Show in PA every year. I live about 40 min from that location.
I can say it is an amazing experience, and likely, would be enjoyed by everyone on this forum. The steam powered tractors are jaw dropping.
Watching them use the steam tractor to power the sawmill is great! I stand there literally for hours and watch them work it!

Thanks.Very inspiring to see talent like that and the cooperative effort.
Wow, Burnett WI! I wonder if Kory is also going to the Rock River Thresheree in WI. This is my favorite-of-all-time steam show and very close to my home town of Watertown, WI.
